Wedding Cakes Ibiza Summer 2011

Summer is fast approaching orders are flowing and we are all preparing for a busy season of weddings here on Ibiza
. I have more confirmed orders this season than any other so far. I of course expect to take more orders especially from the wedding planners who generally approach me with only a month or so to spare . As I am a small company and only specialize in making wedding cakes (and celebration cakes) I can fortunately accommodate this sort of order.
All my cakes are bespoke unique for each and every couple, so I obviously prefer to have plenty of time to create the cake of their dreams. All my ingredients are specialized products and come from the UK. I do have a stock here on the Island, including approximately 100 different edible colours, sparkles, dusts and lustres, 1000’s of cupcake cases and different sized cake boards for most possibilities, a very large variety of ribbons and various decorations to complement each and every cake. Therefore with a week’s notice I can still make something unique (which has happened to me  ). But please don’t leave it that late – time means I can plan something special…..
